What do I love about working in real estate?

People—quite simply, the joy in seeing how happy families are when they get their home.

What makes working at Lisa Wolschina & Associates different in your mind? What benefits do the buyers and sellers get?

We are like family, figuratively and literally. Lisa is just so warm and caring, patient and bright. And even if she wasn’t my sister I’d still say those qualities stand out, and are easy enough to see just from talking with her. I would trust her to find me the right home, or to sell my home. I also love that our team is from this area, or lives here now; they really, really know the market. And that means everything.

Tell us a little about you personally. Background? Where did you grow up? Live? Have kids? Interests?

I grew up in Haddonfield and have lived here all of my life. After teaching in the Moorestown School District for a number of years, my husband Dave and I are now raising our 3 kids in Haddonfield. I’ve always been involved with my kids’ lives but also volunteering for an array of organizations, PTA, Room Mom, Newcomer Club President and Board Member at Wedgewood Swim Club for many years. I also served on Big Hearts to Little Hearts at CHOP, in honor of my daughter Lily, who was born with a congenital heart defect.
