What do you love about working in real estate?

I love helping people (especially families) achieve their dream of owning a home. Whether they are new to the neighborhood or upgrading to their forever home, it brings me joy to know that I helped in the process of making their dream a reality. I understand how emotional and challenging buying a house can be, so I make myself available to discuss the process, concerns, and expectations along the way. I pride myself on my client’s experience.

Buying a house is the largest purchase that a person can make and I strive to make the process as smooth as possible. Every home buying experience is unique and I enjoy keeping my clients informed of what lies ahead and how to be prepared every step of the way.

What makes working at Lisa Wolschina & Associates different in your mind? What benefits do the buyers and sellers get?

I love working on this tight-knit, hometown team! Our customers get the benefits that every team member provides when they partner with me. Living and working in Haddonfield has great benefits for our clients, especially in a competitive market. Many times, we are given knowledge about listings before they hit the market and sometimes we offer office exclusives.

Our team really enjoys working together and sharing information, ideas and experiences that benefit all of us. Having the input and background from 9 other agents as resources is a huge benefit. We work together in a fun, family atmosphere and we are always prepared to assist each other, as needed. Our clients are the ones who benefit the most from the amazing support!

Tell us a little about you personally. Background? Where did you grow up? Live? Have kids? Interests?

I was born and raised in Radnor, PA and spent every summer and countless weekends down at the Jersey Shore. There, I found a love for the environment which eventually lead to a Master’s degree in science education from The University of Pennsylvania. My family has owned homes in Ocean City for almost 80 years and I love everything the beach communities have to offer.

After graduation, I moved to Florida where I used my degrees and met my husband. We lived there for 14 years and had two beautiful girls. When it was time for our children to begin school, we searched for the best place to call home that offered everything our family would need. Haddonfield had everything we were looking for, great school system, located close to the places we love to visit; Philadelphia, Ocean City, Poconos, and New York City. We still spend the summers, weekends and holidays visiting Ocean City where my mom is relishing in her retirement. We have lived in Haddonfield for 5 years now and we absolutely could not love it more!
