What do you love about working in real estate?

I truly love working with buyers and sellers, especially helping first time buyers. They greatly appreciate the extra help and guidance, appreciate the expertise and are so excited to be buying their first house.

What makes working at Lisa Wolschina & Associates different in your mind? What benefits do the buyers and sellers get?

We do so much business because we are truly a small town business—real estate is so local—you can’t really know a town from searching big listing websites. We know the areas of town so well we bring an extra amount of information to every deal—information that can make all the difference.

The areas of Haddonfield are so different you need to know this extra information if you’re going to be smart about buying our selling a house here. And that’s what we bring—a big difference in this way to buyers and sellers.

Tell us a little about you personally. Background? Where did you grow up? Live? Have kids? Interests?

I graduated from HMHS in 1987 and still live in Haddonfield. In my opinion there is no better town to live in and raise a family. I have served on the Historic Preservation Commission and have a deep background in construction and investment properties which is very helpful to buyers.
