What do you love about working in real estate?

I love meeting people and getting to know what they are looking for in a house. I enjoy watching my clients picture their lives unfolding in their new home. I also love the personal aspect of the sales process. It is such a unique and emotional purchase and like no other transaction. My clients are looking for their respite, their home office, their entertaining space and whatever else is important to their lives! It’s my job to find all of these things wrapped up in one space!

What makes working at Lisa Wolschina & Associates different in your mind? What benefits do the buyers and sellers get?

I have been in real estate for 3 years and have been lucky enough to have worked with Lisa’s team for all of them. From the very beginning it was very clear that the motto in the office is “this is a people business.” Our job is to find people their oasis, their safe place and the place they can’t wait to come home to after being out in the world. The compensation is a byproduct of the joy that is unequivocally earned by having a family/client thank you for finding them a home. Tell us a little about you personally. Background? Where did you grow up? Live? Have kids? Interests?

I grew up in Haddon Heights and now live in Haddonfield with my husband Dan and four teenage kids. In addition to finding my clients homes to build their lives in, I am involved with a local preschool a few days a week because I adore kids. I love to exercise, cook, bake and golf and read.
